Volunteer intake for Timelist Group, Inc.
Timelist Group runs on the operating hours of a small, committed team. Volunteers are how we extend that reach — into casework, governance, events, and donor outreach. Tell us where your time fits and we'll take it from there.
Ways to Volunteer
Each bucket maps to a real operating need. Pick the one closest to your time, your expertise, or the experience you want to build — and we'll route your inquiry to the right coordinator.
Work alongside caseworkers supporting reentry members with housing placement, documentation, and day-to-day logistics. Most useful for people with social-work, human-services, or lived-experience backgrounds.
Join a working committee that meets quarterly to review operations, financials, and program strategy. Best fit for people with governance, finance, legal, or sector-specific expertise who can commit to a meeting cadence.
Help run donor events, community gatherings, and program milestones — set-up, on-site coordination, and follow-through. Great for folks who like moving a room from idea to done.
Help identify, research, and steward prospective major donors and institutional funders. Best fit for people comfortable with intro calls, CRM hygiene, and a steady outreach cadence.
Volunteer Intake
We respond to every inquiry within two business days — including the ones that aren't the right fit. The more you can share about your availability and background, the easier the match.
